Meet the Founder

I’m Ann M. Stewart, PMHNP-BC, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals find balance, clarity, and lasting wellness. With years of experience providing compassionate and evidence-based psychiatric care, I work with clients to improve their mental, emotional, and overall wellbeing through a personalized and holistic approach.

My practice combines medication management and talk therapy to address the root causes of mental health challenges while promoting long-term healing. Every client begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, allowing me to understand their unique needs and develop an individualized treatment plan that supports full recovery and prevents symptom recurrence.

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive environment that integrates positive psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques. Together, we’ll focus on your mental, physical, and spiritual health, helping you feel lighter, more at ease, and better equipped to move forward.
